Admissions

The process is easy and confidential.

You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.

Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. We'll make sure that our employees are ready to welcome you as soon as the booking has been confirmed.

When you arrive at the clinic you'll meet the clinical team and you'll be escorted around to offer you the chance to get to know the facility's layout. You'll be given a welcome pack that will give an explanation of everything you're required to know regarding your stay at the Sanctuary Lodge and a roster of the therapy sessions. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.

The First 24 Hours After Admission

On the first 24 hours of your admission, we will prepare everything for your first meeting with your detox specialist.

Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. The detox will then be conducted and administered under stringent procedures by our medical health experts.

Kindly remember that we need details of your doctor's surgery as well as physical proof of any medication that you may be taking by ensuring that you bring it along with you upon admission.

A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. We will make sure that anything that is emphasized or suggested is then included into your denoted treatment procedure because it is important to us that while you stay with us all of your rehabilitation requirements are fulfilled. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.

Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. Our personnel is always available to talk to and encourage you since we know how stressful and scary this experience can be for many patients.
